Precrystallization Dehumidifier

CSG series pre-crystallization dehumidification dryer is composed of various models of STG series drying barrels and various models of DAG series drying hosts. This series of dehumidification dryer can automatically adjust the control parameters according to various temperature changes, such as material temperature, air temperature, etc., so as to achieve intelligent control, improve efficiency and save energy.   • Drying barrel structure

    STG series adopts double-layer insulation barrel with built-in aluminum silicate cotton. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer can be made of stainless steel or orange aluminum plate according to customer needs. The internal structure, height and diameter ratio of the barrel have been tested for many times, reasonably designed to avoid dead angle of material flow, and the mixing blades adopt special blade-like paddles to effectively reduce resistance and dust。

  • Large view cleaning window

    Convenient for subsequent cleaning, the cleaning door is equipped with a glass window, which can observe the inside of the barrel at any time, and the door fits closely with the barrel.

  • Sampling port

    Manual butterfly valve control, sampling and testing of materials during the drying process, convenient and fast.

  • Outlet

    The discharge port is equipped with a suction box and a globe valve for emptying the material according to the demand, and supports customization.

  • All stainless steel pipe connection
